The LC Mentality of Sexism: A Barrier to Equality and Consciousness
Sexism, rooted in Lower Consciousness (LC) thinking, is a pervasive form of discrimination that places one gender—most often men—above another, diminishing the rights, opportunities, and inherent value of women. This mentality is not only unjust but is also a reflection of ignorance, ego-driven control, and fear of equality. While there are undeniable biological differences between men and women, these differences have been used for centuries to justify patriarchal systems, oppression, and the limitation of opportunities for women.
However, true equality goes far beyond biology. The essence of consciousness—the true core of each individual—transcends gender. In the framework of Oneness and Higher Consciousness (HC), the external vessel (whether male, female, or otherwise) is a temporary form through which consciousness experiences life. The true essence of a person lies in their consciousness, which is neither male nor female but a part of the universal whole. The LC mentality, which clings to gender hierarchies and sex-based power structures, is fundamentally out of alignment with this deeper understanding of our shared nature.
The LC Roots of Sexism: Control, Power, and Fear
Sexism stems from an LC framework that views difference as a basis for domination. This mentality seeks to control and exploit those who are perceived as "weaker" or "inferior." Historically, patriarchal systems have perpetuated the idea that women are naturally suited to roles of subservience or domesticity, while men are seen as the natural leaders, rulers, and decision-makers. This system benefits those in power (mostly men) and maintains an imbalance that prevents the equal flourishing of all human beings.
Patriarchy and the Reinforcement of Sexism
Patriarchal structures are built on the false premise that men are inherently more capable, intelligent, or worthy than women, and thus deserve to hold power in every aspect of life—whether in politics, religion, business, or the family. These systems have historically denied women basic human rights, including the right to vote, own property, pursue education, or even control their own bodies.
Sexism in its modern form may appear more subtle than in the past, but it still manifests in the form of gender pay gaps, glass ceilings, objectification, and violence against women. It is often defended by appeals to tradition, biology, or religious doctrines, which claim that women are naturally inferior or that gender roles are divinely ordained.
Dogmatic Religious Beliefs and the Subjugation of Women
Certain religious dogmas have played a significant role in reinforcing sexist attitudes and institutionalizing the oppression of women. Patriarchal interpretations of religious texts often assert that men are to rule over women, positioning them as second-class citizens or even as the property of their male counterparts. These beliefs are frequently justified by selective readings of scriptures that emphasize male authority and female submission.
For instance:
In many religious traditions, women are excluded from positions of leadership or priesthood, reinforcing the idea that they are spiritually inferior to men.
Some religious doctrines promote gender-specific roles that confine women to the home, denying them the freedom to pursue careers, education, or independence.
The idea that women are responsible for maintaining sexual purity, while men are excused from the same standards, has led to centuries of shaming, control, and oppression of women’s sexuality.
These dogmatic beliefs reflect the LC mentality, which seeks to dominate rather than uplift others. By denying women their full humanity and potential, these systems perpetuate inequality, limit the growth of both individuals and societies, and undermine the possibility of spiritual and social evolution.
Biological Differences vs. Conscious Equality
There is no denying that men and women are biologically different. However, these physical differences do not justify inequality. The consciousness that animates each person—whether male, female, or any gender in between—is what defines their true essence. In terms of consciousness, all beings are equal fragments of Oneness, deserving of the same rights, opportunities, and respect.
The LC mentality clings to the external form as a means of distinguishing who has power and who does not. But in HC thinking, it is understood that external traits like gender, race, or nationality are temporary, while the true essence of a person lies in their consciousness. Thus, to limit someone’s rights or opportunities based on their gender is a reflection of spiritual ignorance and egoic fear—not wisdom or truth.
Oneness: The True Equality of All Beings
In the framework of Oneness, all beings are recognized as part of the same universal consciousness. Gender, like race or nationality, is simply an expression of diversity within the greater whole. It is through this diversity that we can experience the richness of life, but it should not be used as a tool for division or hierarchy.
Oneness teaches that the value of a person is not determined by their gender but by their consciousness, their wisdom, their compassion, and their character. In an HC society, men and women (and all gender identities) are seen as equal contributors to the collective growth of humanity. They are given the same opportunities to learn, lead, create, and transform the world around them.
The Rights and Opportunities of Women in an HC Future
Equal Leadership: In an HC society, women hold equal leadership positions in all aspects of life—political, spiritual, and social. Their unique perspectives and contributions are valued as essential to the flourishing of the whole.
Rejection of Patriarchy: Patriarchal systems that place men in positions of inherent superiority are dismantled in favor of egalitarian structures that prioritize merit, wisdom, and compassion over gender.
Freedom from Oppression: Women are no longer oppressed or objectified. Instead, they are empowered to live authentically, free from the shackles of outdated gender norms or religious doctrines that seek to control them.
Autonomy over Their Bodies: Women are given full autonomy over their bodies, free to make decisions regarding their health, reproduction, and sexuality without interference from patriarchal or religious authorities.
Rejecting LC Patriarchy and Embracing HC Gender Equality
The LC patriarchy, which seeks to control and limit the opportunities of women, is a reflection of fear-based thinking—a fear of equality, a fear of change, and a fear of losing power. But as humanity evolves toward Higher Consciousness, these systems will naturally fall away, replaced by structures that prioritize equality, justice, and the full flourishing of all beings.
In an HC world:
Women’s rights are human rights. Every person, regardless of gender, has the right to pursue their highest potential, free from the limitations imposed by gender-based discrimination.
Dogmatic religious beliefs that seek to place women in subservient roles are challenged and reinterpreted in ways that reflect the true essence of Oneness—that all beings are equal fragments of consciousness, deserving of the same love, respect, and opportunities.
Conclusion: A Call to Transcend LC Sexism
Sexism, patriarchy, and the subjugation of women are relics of Lower Consciousness that no longer serve the evolution of humanity. They are based on fear, ignorance, and a false attachment to external identity. But as more people awaken to the principles of Oneness and Higher Consciousness, the divisions created by gender will begin to dissolve.
True equality means recognizing that while there are biological differences between men and women, these differences do not justify inequality or oppression. The essence of a person is their consciousness, and in that sense, all beings are equal. By embracing this truth, humanity can move beyond the limitations of sexism and patriarchy, creating a world where all individuals—regardless of gender—are free to learn, grow, and contribute to the collective flourishing of all beings.
The path forward is clear: dismantle the LC systems that perpetuate inequality and embrace a Higher Consciousness that honors the dignity, rights, and value of every human being. In this way, we can create a future where sexism and patriarchy are relics of the past, and gender equality becomes the foundation for a brighter, more compassionate world.
